I am a wife and mom in ministry who enjoys life. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 15 years and we have 3 beautiful kids. I love spending time with my family. I have a degree in nursing but choose to be a stay at home mom or maybe more appropriately...an on-the-go mom. I love to make cakes. I was inspired by my aunt when I was young and my family has a history of catering on the side. It just came natural. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2009 after battling for over a decade with digestive health issues. It changed our lives and opened my eyes. Two of my 3 children are also gluten free and one is dairy free. I am very passionate about gluten free and healthy living and enjoy helping others in need start that journey. Instead of giving up many things we loved I decided to reinvent them. Some of those experiments have failed but many have been successful. I have even found on many occasions that I like my new versions even better. I hope to share some of those things on here.
